RICHARD was selected as the EPC contractor for a four-phase project to develop a 35,000 BPD Renewable Diesel Unit adjacent to an existing refinery in Louisiana. RICHARD handled all study phase engineering to produce the FEED package and subsequently provided comprehensive services, including engineering, procurement, general contracting, mechanical construction, electrical construction, and construction management for the project. Local subcontractors were engaged for specific areas of the unit, with RICHARD serving as the General Contractor. The project was schedule-driven and successfully completed on budget, three months ahead of schedule.
