RICHARD was contracted to engineer, design, and build several EPA-related Flare Gas Recovery Projects. These projects involved unique equipment, including liquid ring pumps, rotary screw compressors, rotary vane compressors, and three-phase separators. As EPA-mandated projects, each required the installation of new electrical substations to support the new compressors.
