We provided FEL2/3, detailed engineering, procurement assistance, and on-site engineering and design support for a project that involved re-engineering approximately 60% of a process unit severely damaged by fire. The scope included upgrading the unit to meet new industry standards and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) requirements.

Due to the unit's age, intensive fieldwork, document retrieval, and drawing research were necessary. The project also involved extensive metallurgical upgrades and the installation of new process equipment. Despite the complexity and challenges, the project was schedule-driven and successfully completed on time.
