RICHARD executed detailed engineering, design, procurement, and construction management for a new grass-roots Kerosene Hydrotreater project. Collaborating closely with the process licensor, RICHARD developed all necessary project specifications, drawings, and documentation for construction. The project also encompassed the design and construction of a new grass-roots electrical substation to support the facility.
