RICHARD was contracted as the EPC contractor to engineer, design, and construct a grass-roots EPA-driven process unit. In collaboration with the client, RICHARD was responsible for the process design. The project featured the largest tower installed at the refinery to date, approximately 25 ft in diameter and 285 ft tall. It also included substantial offsite tankage, barge loading infrastructure, a new substation, and an upgraded control system. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
