RICHARD was contracted to provide all engineering, design, and procurement assistance for several units, including Wastewater Treatment, Feed Pretreatment, Hydrotreater Revamp, and Electrical/Control Systems Infrastructure. RICHARD self-performed all construction for the Feed Pretreatment Unit, which was a grass-roots development. The project also involved the revamp of an existing mothballed hydrotreater process unit. Successfully completed two months ahead of schedule, the project exemplified RICHARD’s efficiency and expertise.
