We performed FEL2/3, detailed engineering, and procurement assistance for a grass-roots process unit, emphasizing full modularization. RICHARD executed the fabrication of process modules and managed the field installation of all ISBL process equipment, including steel structures and piping. To support the unit, a new electrical substation and RIE building were also required and successfully integrated.
